Publishing states

PowerAdvice CMS workflows use draft and publication state deliberately.

State	Meaning	Operator action
Draft	Saved CMS row not intended for public rendering.	Continue editing, validate, and preview.
Scheduled	Approved row with a future publish time.	Verify date/time, dependencies, and public route.
Published	Row is eligible for public surfaces.	Verify public URL or surface.
Unpublished	Previously public row is removed from public eligibility.	Verify the public route or placement no longer renders.
Archived	Row is retained for history or reassignment but not active.	Prefer archive/reassignment for channels and sponsor records over hard delete.
Removed	Destructive deletion when supported and intentional.	Use only when retention and references are understood.

Before changing state, confirm dependencies: channel, contributor, sponsor, campaign, creative, media, homepage placement, and public URL.
